Membership Renewal

How can I pay for my membership with a check?

On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account.  If you’re membership is expired, select the Profile link and complete the information as prompted.  Once you are taken to the Invoices and Payments screen, select the highlighted Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice#11111). While viewing the Invoice, right click and select print.  Mail your invoice along with your check to Florida State Parks Foundation 1700 North Monroe Street, Suite 11 #200, Tallahassee Florida 33203-5535

Is there a way to complete an automatic renewal for my membership?

On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account.  From the top of the page, select “Change Membership Level”.  Choose one option that says “Automatic Renewal”.  If you are not able to access this screen, call or email us.

How do I renew my membership online?

On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account.  If your membership is expired, select the Profile link and complete the information as prompted.  Once you are taken to the Invoices and Payments screen, select the highlighted Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice#11111). Select the “Pay Online” button at the top of the page and complete the requested information.

How can I pay for a gift membership?

Please call us at (813) 586-0681 and our staff will create and email an invoice for you to complete online with your contact information, and the gift recipient’s contact information.

Florida State Parks One Day Park Passes

What if I did not receive my passes?

Email info@floridastateparksfoundation.org with your member name and a copy of your paid receipt. 

After joining or renewal, how do I get my one-day park passes?

Once your payment is processed, we will create your fulfillment packet and mail it to you. You will usually receive your fulfillment pack within ten business days.

How can I reset my password?

a. On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account.   Type in your email address and select forgot password.  You will be prompted to fill in your email, and a password will be sent to you.

b. If your email has changed, you are not receiving any emails with the new password, or an error displays saying your email is invalid please email  info@floridastateparksfoundation.org .

I have completed and paid for my renewal; however, I keep receiving email notifications that my membership expired, how can I fix this? 

This is an internal issue with our membership system.  Please call or email to remedy the situation.

What can I do if I cannot login my account?

First try resetting your password.  If you have any problems then email info@floridastateparksfoundation.org

How can I update my membership profile?

On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account. Select the “Edit Profile” button from the top, and change information as necessary.

Florida State Parks General Information

How can I obtain the Florida Student Park Brochures?

The quickest place to get a Florida State Park Brochure, or Florida State Park Service booklet listing all the parks and their amenities is usually at your closest state park is by visiting http://www.floridastateparks.org.

Does Florida State Parks Foundation provide any free memberships for retirees?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free memberships for retirees or Veterans; however, the Florida State Parks does provide discounts for Veteran’s and free passes to those who apply. Visit http://www.floridastateparks.org/thingstoknow/annualpass.cfm#discountsforveterans, for more information.

Does Florida State Parks Foundation, or Florida State Parks, offer lifetime Memberships?

Unfortunately, we do not sell lifetime memberships.  The Florida State Parks does, however, provide free lifetime passes for Veteran’s families and spouses that meet certain specifications.
