How can I pay for my membership with a check?
On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account. If you’re membership is expired, select the Profile link and complete the information as prompted. Once you are taken to the Invoices and Payments screen, select the highlighted Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice#11111). While viewing the Invoice, right click and select print. Is there a way to complete an automatic renewal for my membership?
On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account. From the top of the page, select “Change Membership Level”. Choose one option that says “Automatic Renewal”. If you are not able to access this screen, call or email us.
How do I renew my membership online?

Please call us at (813) 586-0681 and our staff will create and email an invoice for you to complete online with your contact information, and the gift recipient’s contact information.

What if I did not receive my passes?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your member name and a copy of your paid receipt.
After joining or renewal, how do I get my one-day park passes?
Once your payment is processed, we will create your fulfillment packet and mail it to you. You will usually receive your fulfillment pack within ten business days.

How can I reset my password?
a. On the Home page, go to the login area in the upper right corner, and login to your account. Type in your email address and select forgot password. You will be prompted to fill in your email, and a password will be sent to you.
b. If your email has changed, you are not receiving any emails with the new password, or an error displays saying your email is invalid please email email@example.com .
I have completed and paid for my renewal; however, I keep receiving email notifications that my membership expired, how can I fix this?
This is an internal issue with our membership system. Please call or email to remedy the situation.

Does Florida State Parks Foundation provide any free memberships for retirees?
