Membership Renewal
1.       How can I renew my membership by mail?
On the FFSP Home page, scroll down to the bottom left where you see the login area, and login to your account.  If you’re membership is expired, select the Profile link and complete the information as prompted.  Once you are taken to the Invoices and Payments screen, select the highlighted Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice#11111). While viewing the Invoice, right click and select print.  Mail your invoice along with your check to 6930 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa FL 33625.


2.       Why did the membership change from $22.50 to $45.00 since 2013?
Our regular family membership rate has been $45.00 for several years. The $22.50 offer was one-time only deal in which members received a year’s worth of park passes but your membership only renewed for 6 months in order all members to have the same annual renewal date of July 1. If you renew now at $45.00, you will receive 6 passes that do not expire until July 2015 when your membership would expire.


3.       Is there a way to complete an automatic renewal for my membership?
On the FFSP Home page, scroll down to the bottom left where you see the login area, and login to your account.  From the top of the page, select “Change Membership Level”.  Choose one option that says “Automatic Renewal”.  If you are not able to access this screen, call or email FFSP.

4.       How do I renew my membership online?
a. On the FFSP Home page, scroll down to the bottom left where you see the login area, and login to your account.  If your membership is expired, select the Profile link and complete the information as prompted.  Once you are taken to the Invoices and Payments screen, select the highlighted Invoice Number (i.e. Invoice#11111). Select the “Pay Online” button at the top of the page and complete the requested information.

b. You can also use our downloadable membership form to pay with check that can be mailed to 6930 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa FL 33625.

5.       How can I pay for a gift membership?
[If you need assistance] please call 800-338-1980 Monday through Friday from 9-5.  Our association management administrator will create and email an invoice for you to complete online with your contact information, and the gift recipient’s contact information.

6.       Where can I get new one-day passes if mine expired?
Email our association management administrator at info@friendsoffloridastateparks.org, or if you need further assistance, please call 800-338-1980 Monday through Friday from 9-5.  Let our association management administrator  know how many expired passes you have left, and they will be mailed out as soon as possible


7.       What can I do if I did not receive my passes?

8.       After renewal, how do I get my one-day park passes?
As soon as your payment is processed, our administration will create your fulfillment packet and mail the packet to you as soon as possible. You will usually receive your fulfillment pack within five to seven business days.

9.       How can I reset my password?
a. To reset your password, visit our FFSP home page, and scroll down to the bottom left where you will see the login box.  Type in your email address, and select forgot password.  You will be prompted to fill in your email, and a password will be sent to you.
  b. If your email has changed, you’re not receiving any emails with the new password, or an error displays saying your email is invalid you can either call 800-338-1980, or email info@friendsoffloridastateparks.org with the requested temporary or new password.  When changed, you will be able to access your account with the password and change the password as desired.


10.    I have completed and paid for my renewal; however, I keep receiving email notifications that my membership expired, how can I fix this? 
The only way to fix this issue is internally within the website system.  Please call or email FFSP to remedy the situation.

11.    What can I do if I cannot login my account?

12.    How can I update my membership profile?
On the FFSP Home page, scroll down to the bottom left where you see the login area, and login to your account.  Select the “Edit Profile” button from the top, and change information as necessary.

13.    How can I obtain the Florida Student Park Brochures?
The quickest place to get a Florida State Park Brochure, or Florida State Park Service booklet listing all the parks and their amenities is usually at your closest state park. If you need a very large number, you can contact the park service in Tallahassee. Visit http://www.floridastateparks.org/resources/parkbrochures.cfm for individual state park brochures.


14.    Does FFSP provide any free memberships for retirees?
Unfortunately, we do not have any free memberships for retirees or Veterans; however, the Florida State Parks does provide discounts for Veteran’s and free passes to those who apply.  Visit http://www.floridastateparks.org/thingstoknow/annualpass.cfm#discountsforveterans, for more information.


15.    How do I obtain membership bumper sticker?
We don’t produce a bumper sticker at this time. To get your complimentary passes, you can renew your membership on our website either by using a credit card or mailing a check. If you need assistance, please call 800-338-1980 Monday through Friday from 9-5.


16.    Does FFSP, or Florida State Parks, sell lifetime Memberships?
Unfortunately, we do not sell lifetime memberships.  The Florida State parks Service does, however, provide free lifetime passes for Veteran’s families and spouses that meet certain specifications. 17.    Where can I obtain the Florida State Park Service “the Real Florida Passport”?
